IP Notice and Requests

Normal Media Group, and its subsidiaries, regularly uses intellectual property (IP) licensed for commercial use from third parties in the normal course of business. These assets include, but are not limited to, graphic images, still images, videos, music, and sound effects. These assets are commercially licensed through Envato, OFFEO, Canva, Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Audiio, Epidemic Sound, and others. Additionally, Normal Media Group, and its subsidiaries, regularly uses IP under Creative Commons licensing from third parties, such as, but not limited to, Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash. Lastly, Normal Media Group, and its subsidiaries, regularly uses original IP created by employees and agents of Normal Media Group, Fleming Art Studio, Typic Designs, and other subsidiaries and third party creators.

All combinations and compositions of these assets (in other words, the final product derived using these commercially licensed IP assets), presented online, in print, or via other channels, are the sole exclusive copyrighted content of Normal Media Group and their subsidiaries. Copyright for individual assets is exclusively retained by the licensor and/or their partners.

All rights reserved and all content created, procured, or otherwise utilized by Normal Media Group, and its subsidiaries, is protected under the copyright laws of the United States of America and other countries. Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, displaying, performing, or transmitting any of the contents is prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright holder(s).

If you believe that Normal Media Group, or its subsidiaries, agents, or clients, are using IP in violation of copyright or trademark laws, rules, or regulations, please email the details, including where the questionable material was distributed, displayed, performed, or transmitted, along with the date that it was noticed, and the reason for believing the material was not properly licensed for commercial use, to IPManager@normalmediagroup.com. Normal Media Group will investigate the situation and, if found to have included unlicensed IP, will remove the material from public consumption, or license the material in question within five (5) business days of notification. If Normal Media Group investigates and believes the IP in question has been properly licensed and/or used in good faith, and in accordance with the copyright laws, rules, and regulations of the United States of America, a counter notification will be returned to the complainant within five (5) business days of notification.
